I live and breathe a life of fitness. Fitness inspires me -- just a regular kid from Houma, LA -- to push the bounds of my limits and to always keep learning. 

 

About 15 years ago in New Orleans, LA, I opened a gym called Equip Fitness (@equip.fit). This gym has since cultivated a beautiful and tight-knight community that is one of my proudest achievements. I might be biased, but I think Equip is the best gym in New Orleans. 

 

I am driven by the desire to challenge people to reach their highest potential. My passion is rooted in the belief that everybody is an athlete, and that everybody has a skillset that can be pushed and elevated. 

 

I have trained professional and collegiate athletes, Hollywood stars, entire sports teams, mothers, fathers, grandparents, and teenagers. Every client has that little “something” that demands to be challenged and celebrated.

 

I am supported by the coolest family in the world. My wife, Vanessa, and I have two amazing and energetic kids. They all keep me inspired and motivated to continue on this journey.
